Development of Forming Limit Curve for Glare in a semi-cured state using Hydro-bulging test method

چکیده

Abstract Forming limit curve (FLC) is a valuable tool for predicting the formability of materials. Considering need to develop FLC fiber metal laminates (FMLs), Glare in 2/1 sequence was prepared development FLC. The prepreg used glass stacked between aluminum sheets semi-cured state, which allows enhanced strain percentage and helps predict maximum forming Glare. experimental data accumulated by comprehensively testing parameters like pressure rate, temperature, blank holding pressure. results show that at higher temperatures reduced rate pressure, can be enhanced. This study safe zone when manufacturing small intricate parts material engineering applications.
